Anti-CSG protest takes to the water

BUOYED by the large protest action at Austinmer Beach last May, the Stop CSG Alliance has organised a march across the Sea Cliff Bridge on Sunday, October 16.

The bridge walk will be part of a national day of co-ordinated actions organised by affiliates of the Lock The Gate Alliance to stop coal seam gas mining. 

Participants should meet at Leeder Park, Coalcliff, at 11.30am to begin the 2km walk to Rube Hargrave Park at Clifton.

A meeting will be held this Sunday, September 25, at the Thirroul Railway Institute Hall, Railway Parade, from 11am to discuss the Walk for Water event.
